Pentad is run by Suzhou Bibeng Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd., registered in China as 苏州哔蹦智能科技有限公司, Room 357, Building 14, Yangshan Science and Technology Industrial Park, No. 8 Jinyan Road, High Tech Zone, Suzhou, Jiangsu 215151, China. Payment is taken by our merchant of record — the company named on your receipt, which also issues the invoice. Your card details never reach us.

Licence

A purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Pentad on any device you control. Keys are tied to an email address. Do not redistribute them.

Refunds

Fourteen days from purchase, no reason required. Reply to the receipt email. EU and UK consumers retain their statutory withdrawal rights, which this does not reduce.

No medical claim

Pentad is a wellness and lifestyle product. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and is not a substitute for professional care. If you have a health concern, consult a qualified clinician.

Content and availability

Content is provided as-is for reflection and general wellbeing. We aim for high availability but the service is provided without warranty. Because the app runs entirely in your browser, installed copies keep working even if the site does not.

Changes

Material changes to these terms will be announced on this page with a date. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
