Questions people actually ask
Will it charge me again?
No. Each plan is a single payment for a fixed period, and nothing is stored to bill later. When the period ends we send one email; if you ignore it, nothing happens and nothing is charged.
What if I change phone, or lose the key?
The key is tied to your email address, not to a device, so the same one works on everything you own — no device limit, no deactivation step. If you cannot find it, ask for it again on the unlock page and it comes back in a minute.
Is this a religious or spiritual practice?
No. The twenty-four solar terms are an astronomical calendar. The five elements are used as a temperament vocabulary, in the same way the MBTI letters are. Nothing here asks you to believe anything.
Why only one practice a day?
Because choosing is the part people fail at. The category's own numbers show churn peaking in weeks two to four, and the top stated reason is inconsistency — not lack of content. One card removes the decision.
What happens to my birth date?
It stays in this browser and is never sent anywhere. There is no account and no server that could receive it. Clearing your browser data deletes it for good.
Does it need a connection?
No. On a plane, in a tunnel, on a hill with one bar — the card is already on your device before you ask for it, so there is nothing to load and nothing to spin. The three-minute practice never stops halfway to buffer.
What happens when the year ends?
Two notes by email, one a fortnight before and one with three days left, and then the daily card and the practice library close. Nothing is charged and there is nothing to cancel. Everything you have written stays readable on its own page, and can be saved as a file at any point — before or after. If you want another year it is the same price.
Refunds?
Fourteen days, no questions and no form. Reply to the receipt. If it was a mistake, say so and the key is switched back on.
